At Shirts Sales Store, we take as much care with our returns policy as we do with the craftsmanship of our premium dress shirts. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our Banded Collar Shirts, French Cuff Shirts, and other sophisticated styles. If for any reason you’re not delighted, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached)
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Short Sleeve shirts that have had their tags removed or show signs of wear. Our Houndstooth patterned shirts must be returned with all protective packaging intact due to their delicate patterns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • The reason for return
    • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
  2. Wait for Approval: Our Nashville-based team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and include the RMA number clearly on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of the replacement item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return.
  • If the exchanged item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference.
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our high standards of quality and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items without original tags attached
  • Custom-sized or made-to-order dress shirts
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not present at delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
