We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) with the following options:

Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Processing time: 1-2 business days
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must:
- Be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached)
- Include original packaging
- Be accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- The reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Wait for Approval: Our Nashville-based team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and include the RMA number clearly on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs of the replacement item.

Refund Processing
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return.
- If the exchanged item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference.

Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our high standards of quality and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on:
- Short Sleeve shirts that have had their tags removed or show signs of wear
- Houndstooth patterned shirts returned without all protective packaging intact
- Items without original tags attached
- Custom-sized or made-to-order dress shirts
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not present at delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
